OQVIA MAIL / FAQ

Common questions.

Where can I download OQVIA?

OQVIA Mail is in private testing. There is no public App Store download or open TestFlight invitation yet.

Does the watch work without iPhone?

You can read the recent snapshot you chose to share. Refreshing it or acting on messages requires the paired iPhone. The watch does not sign in to the provider or receive its credentials.

What can I do offline?

Read and search saved mail, view previously downloaded attachments and work on drafts. Scheduling runs locally: the app must be active, unlocked and online to hand over a message.

Is my mail sent to an external AI?

No. Summaries and writing assistance use the model available on your device. Without a compatible model you can still read and write mail yourself.

Which accounts can I connect?

Gmail, iCloud Mail and personal Outlook mailboxes have been read in private testing. Some providers allow organizing and sending; Outlook has read access. See the status of each connection below.

Will there be a lifetime purchase?

A lifetime purchase and monthly or annual subscriptions are planned across Mac, iPhone and iPad. Prices have not been announced and purchases are not active.
